I wanted to push myself in a speed test this morning. I was planning to push on up in the high 170 bpms and hold it, but I never really got there until the end. I guess I left a little on the course, but I am really happy with the time considering it was 80+ degrees and sunny.
I ran with my shirt off for the first time. At first I felt a little weird and then I realized that no one really cares. It was definitely cooler.
